Break Even Consulting, acting as Technical Advisor, undertook the technical support of the Lavrio Port Authority in the planning, implementation and monitoring of projects and activities, with the aim of ensuring their effective execution and accelerating the project and action implementation process.
Description
The technical support service includes the following section
- Providing support for any technical needs that arise, as well as assessing, addressing and resolving any issues.
- Periodic inspection of the Authority’s facilities and identification of needs for improvement, maintenance or upgrading of the port’s existing infrastructure and transport works.
- Technical support in market research for projects and procurement.
- Supporting the Authority’s Technical Department in implementing the necessary preparatory actions for the execution of projects (preparation of tender documents, contracts and financial offers), ensuring the successful completion of the Department’s projects.
- Supporting the Technical Department in the revision, improvement and modification of studies.
