Break Even Consulting, acting as Technical Consultant, undertook the environmental permitting process and the issuance of connection terms for a biogas production and utilization unit, located in the wider area of the Industrial Area of Patras.
Description
For the completion of the project’s environmental permitting process, the company successfully prepared an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), which included:
- Detailed description of the biogas, energy and compost production unit project.
- Assessment of the unit’s environmental impacts and the measures for addressing them.
- Maps, topographic diagrams, the general layout of the unit, as well as the production process flow diagram.
Following consultation with the Ministry of Environment and Energy, the Decision on the Approval of Environmental Terms was issued.
For the issuance of grid connection terms, the company will submit an application for a final connection offer.
