Break Even Consulting has supported ETBA VI.PE. S.A. in the design of modern water supply and wastewater drainage infrastructure systems, replacing existing systems that had either exceeded their service life or were underperforming.

Description
The water supply networks studied consist of pipelines with a total length of 160 km. In parallel, studies were carried out for the supply of water to the Industrial Areas through supply pipelines, works at boreholes, improvement of water supply tanks, and pumping stations.
The 13 Industrial Areas for which water supply works were studied are:

As part of the design of modern water supply infrastructure systems, our company proceeded with:
- Analysis of the existing condition of the water supply infrastructure.
- Investigation of alternative options for the modernization, improvement and/or replacement of the water supply infrastructure.
- Preparation of technical proposals for the design of the water supply infrastructure and detailed technical reports and drawings, as well as pricing of the proposed works.
- Consulting services for the digital upgrade of the water supply networks, including the preparation of Tender Documents.
Solution
- Replacement of the electromechanical equipment of 28 boreholes and 3 booster pumping stations.
- Replacement and extension of the internal network of the Industrial Areas, with a total length of 187 km.
- Replacement of discharge pipelines with a total length of 23 km.
- Works for the improvement of 11 central water supply tanks.
- Replacement of the external water supply network with a total length of 3.3 km.
