Break Even Consulting prepares environmental impact studies for all categories of technical projects, in both the private and public sectors, with the aim of obtaining approval of the projects’ environmental terms. The technical support provided begins with the preparation of the required studies, depending on the nature of the projects and their environmental classification, and continues through support of the permitting process up to the final issuance of the environmental terms/commitments.
Services Provided
Preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments, in accordance with the provisions of applicable legislation and depending on the nature of the project. The studies are divided into 3 categories:
- initial issuance of environmental terms
- amendment of environmental terms
- or reissuance after they have expired
Preparation of a Special Ecological Assessment when the project to be implemented is located within a Natura area.
Supplementary studies that may be required depending on the nature of the project.
- Surface Water Table Studies
- Irrigation System Design Study
Consulting support during the monitoring of the environmental permitting process / communication with the relevant authorities.
Preparation of Strategic Environmental Assessments for larger projects (e.g. licensing/approval of NSRF-funded programs, etc.).
