Break Even Consulting is undertaking the design of a modern wastewater infrastructure system for the Thessaloniki Business Park, aiming to upgrade and replace the existing systems, which have been operating for many years without maintenance.
Through the upgrade of the Wastewater Treatment Unit and the replacement of sections of the wastewater transport system (pumping stations and force mains), ETVA S.A. ensures both economic and environmental benefits.
Description
As part of the wastewater infrastructure design, our company follows the methodology outlined below:
- The existing condition of the Wastewater Treatment Unit and the wastewater transport system was analysed and assessed, and operational issues were identified.
- In collaboration with ETVA VI.PE. S.A., a Final Study for the wastewater infrastructure was prepared, including the analytical design and hydraulic sizing of the following solutions.
Solution
The Final Study for the wastewater infrastructure of the Thessaloniki Business Park includes the detailed design and hydraulic sizing of:
- Upgrade works for the Wastewater Treatment Unit
- Replacement works for pressurised wastewater pipelines
- Structural and electromechanical improvement works for the three existing pumping stations
- Digital upgrade works
The Final Study also includes the preparation of Tender Documents.
