Innovation & Technology Transfer Specialist

Having secured some of the most impactful and highly prestigious projects in Greece related to Entrepreneurship and Innovation, we are looking for an Innovation & Technology Transfer Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging cutting-edge research with industry, ensuring that innovative technologies and knowledge are effectively transferred into practical applications with social and economic impact.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technology transfer activities within the projects, including drafting and monitoring work plans, ensuring timely delivery of project outputs and preparing reports/deliverables
- Support the project team and external collaborators, ensuring smooth collaboration across all project activities.
- Facilitate the creation and growth of spin-offs and start-ups.
- Plan, organize, and manage events (workshops, training sessions, networking activities, and dissemination events) to promote innovation, technology transfer, and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to proposal writing and project management (EU or national programs).
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders, innovation ecosystems, and research communities.
- Present and communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
Requirements:
- University degree in: Engineering, Finance or Business Administration,
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven professional experience in technology transfer, research commercialization, innovation programs or related fields will be considered an asset
