Break Even Consulting has undertaken the training of the Human Resources of the University of Ioannina on quality assurance matters.
Description
The aim of the training was the continuous improvement and upgrading of the services provided by the University, as well as maintaining the Institution’s positive external evaluation. The thematic areas covered included: a) Quality Management, b) Basic Principles of Management and Organizational Behavior, c) Quality Assurance in Education, and d) Quality Assurance in Research.
Solution
The project aims to provide continuous training to all groups involved in quality assurance at the University of Ioannina, based on targeted learning outcomes, including: a) enriching and upgrading the knowledge of Human Resources on quality-related matters, b) developing the skills of Human Resources in new quality improvement methods and techniques, and c) reviewing and changing employees’ attitudes and behaviors regarding changes to the University’s internal processes, thereby contributing to quality management. In this way, the organizational culture is strengthened and supports the process of continuous improvement, enhancing the University’s competitiveness and academic community.
