Break Even Consulting undertook the bathymetric survey of the Lavrio Port area, as part of the deepening project aimed at increasing the port’s capacity to accommodate larger vessels.
Description
The bathymetric survey study is one of the key supporting studies required for the assessment, design and planning of port infrastructure projects (expansion, deepening, maintenance), as well as for the preparation of the necessary tools for the implementation of research projects.
Within the framework of the contract, bathymetric charts of the sea basin – Lavrio Port Infrastructure A – were prepared. The purpose of the study was the bathymetric survey, preparation of the charts and presentation of the seabed morphology of the Lavrio Port Basin, as well as the wider marine area.
