The Vamvakou Incubator is a comprehensive framework for business start-up and acceleration of innovative schemes, providing networking, training and consulting support for the development of entrepreneurial models, as well as for the sustainable operation of innovative entrepreneurial ventures.
The project is part of the Greece 2021–2027 Operational Programme. The Vamvakou Incubator and its operation are included within the framework of the Vamvakou Revival initiative, implemented with the support of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF).
Description
Break Even Consulting participates in the project by providing technical support to Vamvakou Revival, regarding project management and monitoring. The technical consulting support includes the following:
- Implementation of preparatory activities
- Support in project management, particularly regarding obligations towards the Managing Authority of the funded operation
- Monitoring and recording the implementation progress of the physical and financial scope
- Compliance with the project schedule
- Drafting and implementation of the procedure for reviewing the Technical Project Bulletins
