Description
Break Even Consulting, acting as Technical Advisor, undertook the support of the University Rectorate in:
- The preparation and/or updating of technical reports and maturation actions for building facility upgrade projects.
- The preparation of tender procedures and procurement processes to meet the University’s needs.
- The process of obtaining the required permits and securing funding for its projects.
- The preparation of technical specifications, technical descriptions, maintenance budgets and other actions.
