Break Even Consulting, in collaboration with 5Knocks Consulting and IT & KV, undertook the provision of comprehensive support to the University of the Peloponnese, with the primary objective of ensuring the smooth upgrade of its building facilities, as well as the management of available resources for the effective implementation of the projects.
Description
The scope of this project is to provide consulting services in support of the Directorate of Engineering and Technical Works of the University of the Peloponnese, with the aim of effectively implementing the University’s strategic planning. The primary objective of our services is to provide support for the development of tender procedures, the licensing and commissioning of projects, as well as the implementation of energy-efficiency interventions to ensure their financing and smooth completion.
Solution
Break Even Consulting plays a key role in maximizing the absorption of available funding resources for new building infrastructure projects through the utilization of financial instruments such as the Recovery and Resilience Facility, the National Development Programme 2021–2025, and ESPA 2021–2027, among others.
