Break Even Consulting provides support to Technical Services departments, mainly those of universities, due to heavy workloads, the high level of specialization required, and shortages of human resources. Acting as a Technical Advisor, Break Even Consulting supports the organization’s Technical Service and undertakes all required actions, from design, permitting and financing to project tendering and construction monitoring.
Services Provided
Preparation and implementation of studies (structural, topographic, architectural, MEP, accessibility studies for persons with disabilities, permitting/legalization procedures, building permits, small-scale permits, submissions to Architectural Councils, etc.).
Funding-securing activities: preparation and submission of application files to funding instruments such as the Recovery and Resilience Fund, NSRF 2021–2027, the National Development Programme 2021–2025 through the Ministry of Education’s Sectoral Development Programme, the Ministry of Environment and Energy’s ELECTRA Programme, etc.
Support in carrying out tenders related to the Technical Service, preparation of maintenance quantity estimates, drafting of tender notices, market research, support during tender procedures, bid evaluation, postings on the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS), etc.
