Break Even Consulting had the honor of participating in the European Sustainable Industry Summit, organized by CSR Europe in Brussels. At the summit, Dr. Mairi Atzeni, Head of Sustainability, participated in a roundtable discussion entitled “Building Tomorrow: Innovations Driving the Green Transition in Construction,” organized by CSR Hellas. During the discussions, Dr. Mairi Atzeni highlighted the crucial role of the sustainability consultant in an organization’s green transition process, as well as in the practical implementation of the necessary actions. She emphasized the need for a holistic approach through the adoption of an integrated sustainability strategy by businesses, extending across their entire value chain. “Key prerequisites for the adoption and implementation of an effective sustainable development strategy include both the implementation of technical measures and interventions for the energy upgrading of facilities, as well as cooperation among organizations and the involvement of all company stakeholders in implementing the strategy, from employees to suppliers.” |
