Participation in the event “Exploring Economic Diversification and Investment Opportunities” organized by the Comunidade Intermunicipal do Médio Tejo and the Comissão de Coordenação e Desenvolvimento Regional do Centro, together with the Just Transition Mechanism of the European Commission, in Portugal. The event focused on strengthening the capacity of local and regional stakeholders in the Médio Tejo community to implement the region’s just transition.
Approximately 60 stakeholders participated in the event, including local, regional and national authorities, businesses and NGOs, as well as representatives from other parts of Portugal, Spain, Finland and Greece who are participating in the Just Transition Mechanism’s Just Transition Fund (JTF) technical assistance programme.
Our company was represented by Dr. Vasiliki Oikonomopoulou, Head of the Environmental Strategy Department.
