With a strong track record and involvement in projects of strategic importance, we are seeking a full-time Junior Legal Associate to strengthen our Public Tenders & Contracts Department. The role focuses on supporting legal and administrative procedures relating to public tenders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the collection, review and maintenance of the documentation required for tender participation, as well as technical and financial bids.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents accompanying tender submissions.
- Identify and monitor public tender notices.
- Coordinate with internal departments to prepare tender submission files.
- Support the drafting of correspondence and reports, as well as communications with contracting authorities.
- Maintain the department’s physical and electronic records.
Required Qualifications:
- Law degree
- Basic knowledge of public procurement legislation (Laws 4412/2016 and 4782/2021)
- Good command of English (knowledge of a second foreign language is desirable)
- Very good computer skills – MS Office certification is desirable
- Up to two years of relevant work experience (previous experience in an in-house legal department or law firm will be considered an asset)
