Civil Engineer / Rural and Surveying Engineer

Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of structural, topographical, architectural and accessibility studies for persons with disabilities.
- Assist with building permit applications and the regularisation of properties under Law 4495/2017 on unauthorised constructions.
- Assist in drafting construction specifications for civil engineering projects.
- Assist in drafting and monitoring contracts, and in preparing quantity take-offs and project budgets.
- Assist in preparing funding application dossiers for technical projects.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Rural and Surveying Engineering.
- Three years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent command of 2D and 3D design software (AutoCAD and Revit).
- Excellent knowledge of the New Building Regulation (NOK).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree related to building infrastructure.
- Valid driving licence.
- Good knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
