Responsibilities
- Architectural concept development and preliminary design
- Preparation and issuance of building permits
- Photorealistic renderings of interior and exterior spaces using 3ds Max and V-Ray
- Detailed design and construction documentation
- Participation in project meetings and liaison with partners and clients throughout project delivery
- Preparation and delivery of presentations
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in building design projects
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek New Building Regulation (NOK)
- Excellent command of 2D and 3D design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Archicad, 3ds Max, V-Ray and SketchUp
- Valid driving licence
- Critical-thinking skills and a collaborative mindset

- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
