Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling and organising meetings and conferences.λέχους, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του προγραμματισμού και της οργάνωσης συναντήσεων και συνεδρίων
- Manage incoming emails and telephone calls/enquiries.
- Prepare meeting materials, including presentations, agendas and related documents.
- Coordinate and arrange all travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, transfers and other travel documentation
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for documents, records and confidential information
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders.
- Handle general administrative duties, including expense tracking, invoice processing and procurement management.
Non-Business Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the executive’s personal calendar, including scheduling appointments, events and personal commitments.
- Arrange accommodation, transport and itineraries for personal travel or holidays.
- Schedule medical appointments and coordinate other personal activities as required.
- Assist with planning and coordinating personal events, gatherings and social engagements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal matters, sensitive information and private conversations.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar C-level executive support role.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field would be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside normal working hours when required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Own vehicle required.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A high level of professionalism in all aspects of work
