Public Sector Tenders Officer

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all required procedures for the Company’s participation in public-sector supply tenders (collection and review of participation documentation, technical and financial bid, contract award documentation and contract).
- Monitor the progress of tenders and contracts, liaise with contracting authorities, and draft the necessary correspondence and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all required procedures for the Company’s participation in public-sector works, supply and service tenders.
- Monitor the progress of tenders and contracts, liaise with contracting authorities, and draft the necessary correspondence and documentation.
- Meet tender submission deadlines, requiring close collaboration with all Company departments and the ability to work within tight time constraints.
- Provide administrative support for all departmental activities, including the management of communications, correspondence, documents, and physical and electronic records.
- Monitor and identify public tender notices.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Economics or Business Administration.
- Experience in public procurement tenders.
- Knowledge of, and ability to keep abreast of, public procurement legislation and tendering procedures (Laws 4412/2016 and 4782/2021).
- Knowledge of the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS) platform.
- At least two years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent computer skills; MS Office certification would be an advantage.
